Evaluation & Management Review

Our team of knowledgeable experts can provide you with two types of reviews:

	Facility, or “technical” review
	Physician, or “professional” review

Facility emergency department and/or Clinic reviews are provided to ensure that the healthcare facility is accurately and consistently applying their E/M level guidelines. Physician E/M reviews are performed to assure that the E/M level and code assignment is supported by physician documentation.
